I first met today’s guest, David Ralph, in 2015 when he had me on his podcast, Join Up Dots. It was a great experience as it was the first time I had been interviewed for a podcast and David was very interested in my journey of leaving the corporate world to start my own company. His response helped me see the value of sharing my story that has now been incorporated into my new book, iPROSPER. I can honestly say that meeting David and learning from him has been a huge highlight of my entrepreneurial journey — it is an honor to have him back on the show.
David has a great story of his own — he also had to find the courage to leave the corporate world where he had been working for over 20 years as a trainer to start his podcast which now has had over 3,000,000 downloads.
During today’s conversation, you’ll be hearing about what happened when David’s podcast really took off and how it eventually led him down the path of burnout. Realizing that it was time to make some big changes, David took stock in what was most important and began restructuring his business in support of his life and his family. I am sure you’ll relate on so many levels to what he is sharing, plus you get to listen to David’s unique and ever charming way of telling stories.
